Currently, we sell Brendoe jewelry, Purpy exclusive hoodies and Troe Toe unique clothing. All of these products can be found on one website, because they are all carefully designed and produced with the earth in mind.

Think of DesignOnEarth as a stylish mini-shopping mall where you can discover and combine different brands. You pay for everything at once, even if you order items from multiple brands.

Some products are shipped directly by the brand, so your order may arrive in multiple packages. However, many items are simply delivered together. We do our best to communicate the shipping costs as clearly and honestly as possible. You will always see in advance what you pay at checkout.

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same day. Most products are shipped quickly from fixed shipping locations. During busy periods it may take a little longer, depending on the carrier, but you will always receive an email with a track & trace while your package is on its way.

If you order something from Troe Toe, this item will be produced especially for you and shipped via our print on demand partner. Shipping then takes an average of around 7 working days.

You have 14 days to try on your clothing or jewelry at home. Are you not satisfied with the item? Design On Earth products can be returned within 14 days.
Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. There may also be exceptions for products with certain discounts. If you want to know more about this, please read our return policy. If you want to return a product within 14 days, you will receive the full purchase price back, provided the item is undamaged, unworn and clean, and in the original packaging and complete.

Returns

Design On Earth does not reimburse shipping costs for returned items (not even in the case of a right of withdrawal). We advise you to return your package with track & trace and to request proof of shipment from the post office. Until Design On Earth receives the package, the risk is yours. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the package.

Return order
1. Indicate via chat/ your account which item you want to return. We will send you the return address as soon as possible.
2. Make sure you put the item neatly in the original packaging and don't forget to include the packing slip.
3. Go to the post office and send the package with track & trace to the return address. Keep the proof of shipment safe.
4. As soon as we receive the package, we will do our best to process it quickly. Within 14 days we will refund your purchase amount in the same way you paid.

No, unfortunately not, but you will receive Brendoe orders in a jewelry box for earrings and rings sometimes also necklaces or chains come in a bag bracelets are delivered either in a box or in a fabric bag.

If this is stated on a piece of jewelry, you know for sure that it is nickel free.

This can happen, but if you take good care of your jewelry as described on the enclosed card, this will not happen quickly.

Some are and some are not. We always recommend taking them off when showering, exercising, swimming and also when sleeping.
